‘You do not look like a secretary!’ Lady Gaga Reassures An Embarrassed Lisa Wilkinson That She Isn’t Under-Dressed

In an interview with The Project’s Lisa Wilkinson, which will air on Sunday, Lady Gaga reassures an embarrassed Lisa and said that she doesn’t look like a secretary.

Lady Gaga just released her highly-anticipated sixth studio album Chromatica, her first in six years. 

In a preview for the exclusive chat, shown on the Channel Ten panel show on Friday, 34-year-old fashion icon Lady Gaga went out of her way to assure journalist Lisa, 60, that she’s stylishly dressed.  Lady Gaga assures an embarrassed Lisa Wilkinson that she’s stylishly dressed.  

The Project panelist was embarrassed about her outfit – and Gaga gave the the TV host a pep talk, attempting to convince her she didn’t look like a ‘secretary’ in her snakeskin kaftan. 

‘Nobody heard you say this but you do not look like a secretary,’ Lady Gaga told Lisa. 

Lisa replied: ‘I feel very conservative in this outfit sitting next to you.’

‘That’s because I’ve got no pants on and I’m wearing a leather jacket,’ the Grammy Award-winning artist shrugged off. 

After sharing a sneak peak of the interview on Friday night’s The Project, Lisa gushed about the Bad Romance songstress. 

‘She was everything I hoped she would be but more. We had the most brilliant chat,’ Lisa said. 

In a video shared to Twitter on Friday, Lady Gaga cried happy tears as she danced to her inspirational track Free Woman, after the midnight release of her new album, Chromatica. 

‘I’m not tweeting cuz I can’t stop crying I’m so happy. Thank you,’  the Born This Way singer said to her 81.5million followers.

She passionately belted out the lyrics to Free Woman, while rocking some serious black eyeliner and a bold, neon pink lip. 

Chromatica consists of 16 songs that total to a listening time of over 40 minutes.  

The star has collaborated with pop heavyweights like Elton John and Ariana Grande, as well as K-Pop group BlackPink in the electronic bop Sour Candy, which heavily features the vocal prowess of Australian group member Chaeyoung ‘Rosé’ Park.
