In a candid Instagram post shared on Monday, the former Celebs Go Dating star, 38, Nadia Essex showcased her four-week progress with side-by-side images of herself at the start of her fitness programme and her current appearance. And Nadia Essex has revealed she’s shed a total of seven pounds in just a month by using the DoTheUnthinkable fitness plan.
She’s embarked on a healthy lifestyle after welcoming her ‘miracle’ baby son Ezekiel in March.
To highlight her transformation, the media personality wore the same outfit in both photos - a fuschia pink crop top and plain black briefs.
The reality star detailed her weight loss journey as she captioned the photo: ‘One month down of my @dotheunthinkableuk plan, I’m 7lbs down and feel b***dy fabulous.

Nadia first vowed it’s time to ‘get healthy’ earlier this month, when she posted snaps of herself in underwear, displaying her postpartum frame.
The TV star declared she loves her body but wants to get back on track with fitness and health.
Speaking to MailOnline, single parent Nadia said: ‘I craved sugar during my pregnancy and nearly ended up with gestational diabetes but managed to get my eating under control and avoided it.

Before entering parenthood, Nadia, who announced her pregnancy late last year, also spoke about becoming a mum to OK! magazine.
She previously said: ‘My March due date is fast approaching so I thought I would share my birthing plan.
‘Although I know 70-80 per cent of plans don’t go to plan, so I am fully prepared that it’s unlikely to be exactly like this.
‘Stay at home playing games, cooking and having a bath for as long as possible or until waters break or four contractions in 10 mins.’
